RETURNS

Unused returned as new: Any product can be returned if undamaged and unworn (aside from trying on) for a period of 40 days of purchase for exchange or refund (60 days if purchased in November or December). 

Used and worn: Coats can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned and found to be not waterproof (we will test it thoroughly) within 40 days of purchase (60 days if purchased in November or December).
