My new Long Coat

I saw this company and their coats online. I placed an order for one of their Long coats. It arrived promptly and it is even better than I thought it was going to be. I also had forgotten to add the free fleece that came with the coat. I emailed them and it was quickly added to the order. An excellent product both the Long Coat and the fleece. Great fit and very warm

Windswept beech

The first trail of my new long coat was on a beech in Norfolk, the wind was blowing at about 30mph with gusts up to 45mph rain and sea spray were horizontal I stayed nice and warm and dry, I also had the accompanying fleece, highly recommended as well, not sure my dogs were impressed but hey it was a good walk.

TAPED SEAMS

This is a method used to make materials waterproof by putting a waterproof tape or liquid sealant along the seams (usually on the inside so it can't be seen).

WATERPROOF

Resists water droplets from passing through. Water resistance is measured by the amount of water, in mm, which can be suspended above the fabrics before water passes.

WINDPROOF

"Windproof" fabric doesn't let the wind come through. It is very useful to keep you warm. Fabrics are made windproof by membrane or by weaving them very tightly.
