Perfect Waterproof Coat

So, I bought this coat in the sale and am so glad I did. My old riding coat had seen better days. When it arrived I was dubious about the level of waterproofing due to it feeling like thick cotton. Boy was I wrong.

Been out in multiple torrential downpours thanks to owning a Lab and a Springer. I was bone dry underneath though the cuffs did get soggy from the dog leads in my hand soaking up water (my fault for keeping my hands up my sleeves). Riding in it is easy too and it stops that awful puddle forming at your seat.

Coat comes up large, but it like that as I can fit a thick body warmer under it on colder days. Also, I can delude myself that I’ve lost weight. Happy days!

Ladies full length coat

I haven’t worn this yet, but it’s exactly what I wanted, style and quality, it fits perfectly. Bought it to stay dry walking my dog and can’t wait to wear it. I’d been trying to find a long waterproof coat for a while and I’m very pleased to have found this. Also, very happy with customer service.

Excellent

Covers me almost from head to foot and although I haven’t tried it in the rain yet, I feel confident it will protect me. Well made, nice fabric, decent pockets, snug fit. A word of caution on sizing. I followed the size chart when making my order, which recommended a size 6. That was too small. I exchanged it for a size 8 which is perfect. They are snug fitting, so be careful when measuring yourself against the size chart.

waterproof test

I have sprayed all coats for over 5 minutes with a hose and all have remained dry. A better test is actually wearing the coats and I do this twice a day on my daily dog walks. Julian Patrick, Longcoats.
