Fabulous coat.

Lovely warm but practical coat that also looks great. Very comfortable and great length for protection from the elements. Would definitely recommend and will be investing in another coat from Longcoats some time in the future. It's a pleasure just being able to throw it on without bothering constantly with waterproof trousers. I was also complimented on my coat recently. Well worth the money for excellent quality.

Excellent coat, super dry.

Ticks all the boxes for dryness and protection from the wind and rain. If worn over a fleece very cosy and warm too. Would have preferred it to be lore of an olive colour as ordered rather than dark grey but overall very pleased.

TAPED SEAMS

This is a method used to make materials waterproof by putting a waterproof tape or liquid sealant along the seams (usually on the inside so it can't be seen).

WATERPROOF

Resists water droplets from passing through. Water resistance is measured by the amount of water, in mm, which can be suspended above the fabrics before water passes.

WINDPROOF

"Windproof" fabric doesn't let the wind come through. It is very useful to keep you warm. Fabrics are made windproof by membrane or by weaving them very tightly.
