Sister to the Lamorna, the stunning Demelza is shorter whilst retaining the same fully waterproof specification. Material is medium-weight and there is no compromise on materials or design features. Ideal for use in town or country and anywhere you want to travel in style.  This can be "a long coat for a shorter person".

MATERIAL: "Feels like smooth cotton/canvas". The outer fabric is a textured Dobby weave in 85% polyester 15% polyamide, with a waterproof PU laminate backing. Faux moleskin-lined collar and cuffs.

WARMTH: The Demelza is medium-weight ensuring you do not overheat during milder conditions. Fully lined - not quilted or padded.

LAYERING: You will likely need to layer up for winter weather (zip-in fleeces do NOT zip into the Demelza).

BREATHABILITY: 3.000 gr/m².

WATERPROOF RATING: 8,000mm hydrostatic pressure test.

WEIGHT: 0.9kg

LENGTH: Medium length.

HOOD: Yes, with drawstring. Detachable via press studs. Also adjustable via strap and velcro on hood top.

CUFFS: Edged with faux-moleskin and adjustable via two press studs.

SEAMS: Taped.

MAIN ZIPS: One "chunky" zip (we like) for closing against the weather (protected by a material flap). The main zip ends approx. 29cm from the hem.

POCKETS: Outer pockets have covering flaps and press studs to keep contents dry and secure. Inside the coat there is a single mesh open-pocket - handy for your phone or keys.

PRESS STUDS: Strong studs, spaced 11cm apart, that continue the length of the coat until about 17cm>from the hem.

RETURNS

Unused returned as new: Any product can be returned if undamaged and unworn (aside from trying on) for a period of 40 days of purchase for exchange or refund (60 days if purchased in November or December). 

Used and worn: Coats can be returned for an exchange or refund if returned and found to be not waterproof (we will test it thoroughly) within 40 days of purchase (60 days if purchased in November or December).

COATS: In general it is best to brush the dirt off rather than washing. The less that coats are washed the longer they will last. The care label can be found on the garment. NO fabric softener or tumble drying as they can dissolve the taping and dry out the laminations which can lead to leaking. 

Tweed coats are dry clean only.

FLEECES: Follow care instructions on label.
